Ah, that is rosemary. One the herbs I’m able to keep alive year round in Texas. Fried in a bit of olive oil, it adds flavor to just about anything, like rosemary Italian bread: http://markpreynolds.com/gallery?src=/home/mmond/pics/2009/December/IMG_7710.JPG
